Karlsson withdraws from Open de France

07/02/2010 - Paris, France (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - Sweden's Robert Karlsson withdrew from the Open de France after one round because of a strained wrist.

Karlsson, 40, said on his Twitter feed that he would return for the British Open in two weeks. He did not specify which wrist was injured.

The 10-time European Tour winner shot a five-over 76 in the first round on Thursday.

The most interesting game of the opening week will feature the NFC champion Bears as they hit the road to take on the NFL’s top team during last year’s regular season, the San Diego Chargers.
